Plan It, Don't Panic: Everything You Need to Successfully Create and Use a Meal Plan

What if you could learn to meal plan in a way that helped you to eat better, while saving you money, time and stress?

You can... for the price of one boxed convenience meal or a fraction of the cost of one night of eating out.

Is meal planning really worth it? The answer is a resounding YES, if you want to:

  1. Stop spending too much money and start making the most of every grocery dollar
  2. Avoid the stress and panic of what to cook each night for dinner
  3. Serve your family more balanced, healthful meals (rather than resorting to convenience or compromise foods)

I hear time and again from both homemakers and women who work outside of the home how meal planning is the key that makes all the difference.

Hello! I ordered both of your books about a month or so ago and only received one! I’m still waiting on healthy homemaking. I emailed about it 2 wks or so ago, and have yet to hear anything back on it. At almost $20, it would be nice to at least know if I’m going to receive a refund if the book isn’t coming my way. Thanks!

@cindy, I didn’t receive your email- I’m not sure why. I’ll send you an email right now and we’ll get it sorted out. I’m so sorry that it hasn’t arrived!

Just wondering if the e-book is Kindle friendly

Stephanie @ Keeper of the Home June 25, 2011 at 6:57 pm

@Leslie Zander, It is in PDF format, and most ebook readers will accept it, but Kindle is one of the few that won’t. I know that there are programs that you can get to turn non-Kindle formatted books into Kindle-friendly formats, though I don’t know what they are.

Just ordered both books from lulu.com and I am so excited to read them!

We are grain and dairy free–are the ideas and focus on the book heavily dependent on these ingredients? Thanks!

I have been wanting to read your books–both of them–for some time now. I am wondering if there is a way to order both in paperback, together, so that I can just pay shipping once.

    Thanks!

Stephanie @ Keeper of the Home January 20, 2011 at 12:19 am

@Cortney, Yes, there is. When you go to Lulu (use the Buy Now paperback button for one of the books), put the first book in your cart. Then search for the title of the second book. You should be able to add that one to your cart as well, and then checkout with both together, cutting your shipping costs.
I would also take a look on RetailMeNot.com to see if Lulu.com has any new coupon codes. :)

Thank you, that worked great! And I did find a discount code for 20% off, so that was a nice–I was already excited about getting your books, and now my budget is happier too! Thanks for your help!

is it possible to get the sale price for your two books? I really want to read them as my husband and I have made huge changes to our diet in attempt to eat more whole foods as well as help us in our battle with infertility…

    Chanelle November 1, 2010 at 4:55 pm

I tried it again with another link and it worked!

Stephanie @ Keeper of the Home November 1, 2010 at 4:56 pm

@Chanelle, Oh good, glad it worked!

    Chanelle November 1, 2010 at 4:53 pm

I tried to order the book at the discounted price, but it looks like it is coming up at full price. I would love to order this asap, so let me know when I can purchase at a discount :)

    Sarah C November 1, 2010 at 11:10 am

Hi, I ordered your book (books :-) last week, but have not received them or got any response. I’m very excited to read them (and I appreciate your wonderful sale!) Just wanted to make sure you got my order.
    Thanks,
    Sarah

Stephanie @ Keeper of the Home November 1, 2010 at 12:20 pm

@Sarah C, If you ordered the ebooks, you should have received an email almost immediately from a company called ejunkie, with a link to download Real Food on a Real Budget. If you haven’t received that in your inbox, I would check your spam folder just in case. If you still haven’t received it, please email me directly.
As for the second book, that one will be sent to you by email (directly from my assistant) within 48 hours of your purchase.
    Thanks so much!
