Naturally Knocked Up Ecourse Giveaway!

Are you one of the countless women who has suffered from infertility or miscarriages, and is looking for natural help with conceiving or carrying a baby to term?

Or are you currently pregnant or planning for future children, and wanting to know how to best prepare your body and give your baby the very best chance of a healthy start?

For women in either situation, I am so excited to announce to you that my dear blogging friend, Donielle of Naturally Knocked Up, has created an incredible resource for you, the Naturally Knocked Up Ecourse!

Personally, I fall into both categories. I have struggled with infertility due to a very common disorder known as PCOS (poly-cystic ovarian syndrome), which involves disrupted hormone levels, infrequent or non-existent ovulation, and many other nasty side effects and long term risks. You may be particularly surprised to know this about me because I am the blessed mother of 3 beautiful children, and we hope to have many more children still!

About 8 years ago, my journey to better health through real food nutrition and natural living began. Since that time, my health has done a 180 degree turn around. My weight has stabilized, many health problems have disappeared, my cycles have gradually regulated more and more, and I have been able to conceive and carry to term my precious children.

How This Course Came About

Donielle's story is not so different from mine. She also suffered from the effects of PCOS, which resulted in infertility, and catapulted her into a journey of studying how to regulate her body and regain her fertility through food and lifestyle. Last year she was blessed with her second child, a healthy baby girl.

Her own experience pushed her to create the blog Naturally Knocked Up, where she shares her research in order to help others increase the odds of conception through natural living and nourishing foods.

Her eCourse is an extension of her blog. She wanted a way to help women delve even more deeply into the issues that she was learning and writing about, and to walk alongside them as they made these changes which would improve their health and their fertility.

She also has a passion to help women learn to prepare their bodies to be able to nourish their little ones in utero, so that they could be given the best possible opportunity to be born with abundant good health and free of many of the common diseases, disorders and challenges that the general population of children face today.

What the Naturally Knocked Up Ecourse is All About:

It’s time to become empowered and reclaim your natural fertility and have truly healthy babies.

This one-of-a-kind 12 week multi media course will be a breath of fresh air in an otherwise depressing world of unfortunate statistics. With these classes you will learn:

  • How to cleanse your body of toxins
  • Why common products you use may be contributing to your infertility
  • What exercises can help you prepare your body for conception and pregnancy
  • How to pin point ovulation
  • What to eat…..and what not to eat
  • Alternative treatments for infertility

But most importantly you will learn how to conceive and go on to have a healthy pregnancy and a truly healthy baby!

The course will include text files with valuable information that you will want to go back to again and again, including worksheets to help you make the most of what you are learning. There will also be podcasts about each weekly topic as well as video tutorials so that you can see some of these things in action!

You can learn more about the course in detail and see a preview of what each week will entail here!

I have been struggling with infertility for 5 years and have had 5 miscarriages. One of my miscarriages was at 15 weeks last year, and ended in a heartbreaking d & e. I have changed my diet radically since last June, but every topic in the course sounds like it would be so helpful.

I am already subscribed to your blog as well as Donielle's, but I didn't know about Saving Naturally. I just subscribed!

  8. Heather T. says:

The topics that I am most interested in are: cleansing (there is so much junky information out there, and I took a break from researching true methods due to frustration), exercise (I have been having abdominal pain and feel like I need to stretch out my uterus, so maybe this could help) and STRESS. :-)

  9. Jena says:

Am I the only one who is going to say this? The concept is fine, but the title?? "Knocked up" is not a positive connotation. Call me old fashioned.

I get where you're coming from. I raised an eyebrow at first as well, but I think it's funny. To me, the phrase is related to women who get pregnant without trying, and the women who this blog is written to often envy that type of woman. So, being infertile, I want to be knocked up. Lol. And the fact that it is natural makes it old fashioned, in its own way.

This looks great. While I easily got pregnant when I first married I miscarried then got pregnant six months later and gave birth to a very healthy (11.5 pounds baby boy) I have had trouble keeping a second pregnancy (2 early miscarriages). I have never been on birth control, instead we practice FAM/NFP but I am getting a little antsy to add to our family.
I have received abdominal massage and eat a fairly healthy diet, so I would love to learn about cleansing toxins and exercises. Thanks!!

I have PCOS and we suffered years of infertility before having our son. We would like to have another if possible. Anything more I could learn to help our odds woud be great.

  36. I am definitely interested in taking this course. Everything about sounds interesting, especially the what to and not to eat. Also, cleansing the body of toxins sounds awesome. :)
I've had four miscarriages and 1 practically perfect pregnancy. I have no known issues to have caused the miscarriages after significant testing, so I'm always interested in trying a less-conventional method of dealing with fertility issues.
    Thanks, Stephanie!

  40. Wow! This sounds like a great course! I have PCOS, diagnosed at 19 and my husband has some struggles with his swimmers as well, which adds up to a giant conception obstacle! I think week 12 would be the most interesting since it sounds like putting the knowledge into practice. I have read so much that my mind isn't merely swimming, its drowning in what to do to get our family going!

i have endometriosis & was told at 16 that i'd never have children. i was unable to get pregnant in my first marriage (24 yrs old). now am planning my second wedding (33 yrs old) & we really, really want to have children. i would love to learn all about this...we are eating healthy. i'm ridding our house of toxic products, making more homemade. i want to get to the point that 98% (if not 100%) of the "stuff" (food, everything!) is homemade or bought "natural....

  44. Jennifer says:

hey...i commented on here last night, and you responded this morning about my trying to sign up. it still isn't letting me through. i've tried several times....i'm not sure what's wrong.
Any ideas?? i'd REALLY like to take this class. it says i have a membership. it just won't let me pay for it....

  45. Erin Whitney says:

Hi! We are currently trying to conceive baby #2. I used Clomid the first time around, and we have a 3 year old son. My issue is that I don't ovulate. I have regular cycles, but thats about it. This would be wonderful to win! Thank you!

  46. Ronel says:

I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 19 years old but was able to concieve my son 7 years ago because I was in good shape from being in the military.... after having my son my weight balloned instead of decreasing and we have been trying to convieve since he was 4 months old. I have lost 50lbs and am taking metformin but I am beginning to think it will NEVER happen. My husband got laid off in OCT of last year so I wouldn't be able to purchase this course any time soon but would LOVE to take the course if I won!! Thank you!! Blessings, Ronel

I'd be interested in this course, partly for the exercise portion. I eat healthfully (and whole foods and pay attention to using non-toxic cleaners and hygiene products), but m still struggling with low progesterone. It sounds like a really informative course. I hope I win!

This course looks great! I would especially love to learn about exercises for fertility and cleansing the body of toxins.
