I think the GAPS diet would definitely be worth considering. We are planning to do it as an entire family starting in early March, and I&#039;ll write more about that in the upcoming weeks. Switching over to a traditional, real foods diet like in Nourishing Traditions is another very important thing to do and was extremely helpful for me in regulating my hormones and my cycle!</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a
