Congratulations!!!!!
Congrats! How exciting! I am also so looking forward to your pregnancy series since I’m pretty sure I’m pregnant (with our second!) too. Not telling anyone yet though! :) God bless!
Congratulations… I wish the very best with your pregnancy and growing family…
Congrats!! We love babies here, too, despite infertility issues.
That’s WONDERFUL!! Congratulations to all of you!
Congratulations! I’m excited for you! I have just three weeks left before the arrival of our second little one. (And boy am I ready!!) This pregnancy was a bit of a surprise to us as well, as it we waited around 7 months to get pregnant with our first, who will be 2 in April. For this little one, God chose to spare us that emotional roller coaster, and I praise him for it! (I don’t have PCOS, but I do have irregular cycles that make ovulation difficult to pinpoint!) I’m so thankful that God chose to surprise you, too, this time around! And, like you, the night that I tested, I had some things going on and was contemplating taking some medication, but something prompted me to check, and I’m so glad I did!
Again, congratulations, and blessings to you and your family!
Hey Steph,
Congratulations! I totally suspected. Not like I’ve been at church for weeks, but been reading your blog lately. Looks like our babies are due a week apart (Lord willing). ;)
Congrats.:)
Congratulations!!!
Wow- that’s wonderful! First I just want to say congratulations! I just discovered your blog over the weekend and have been really enjoying it. I knew when I found a blog that had links to John Piper’s Don’t Waste Your Life AND Tedd Tripp’s Shepherding A Child’s Heart, I was in the right place :)
I was particularly interested in your post today… I am also expecting our third baby and am due August 4th!
I understand completely about not wanting to share the news for as long as possible. I too have experienced that extremely painful loss… 3 times in 2006 (and then oh-so-blessed with our beautiful daughter who was is 11 months today!)
For this reason, I have yet to share the news with very many people – good thing this is pretty anonymous! I will look forward to reading upcoming posts and sharing this time!
To a healthy and uneventful pregnancy!
Congratulations!! i am right there with you…I am giving birth to #4 on August 7th (scheduled c-section, boo). Glad you are starting to feel better…the nausea and tiredness are gradually starting to ease up for me as well.
CONGRATULATIONS!
Congratulations! I’m excited for you and look forward to hearing about the pregnancy. Looks like your series on a healthy pregnancy is well-timed.
Lisa
So happy for you all! Congratulations! :-)
Congratulations!!! What wonderful news!
yeah! Congrats!
Congratulations! I was totally in the dark. I thought you had some kind of cold or something that was REALLY hangin’ in there! I’m not so quick sometimes!
I’ll be excited to read along and share in the experience! God is good–all the time!
Congratulations!!! I’m so happy for you, what a wonderful surprise. :)
Congratulations, Stephanie! What a wonderful surprise and blessing.
YEAH!!! I’m so excited for you I just weaned Benjamin as well! It was kind’ve sad but it was time for us! I hope you are feeling better now that your going into the 2nd trimester!!
Congratulations! How utterly exciting…. Pregnancy is a blessed time and one that really shows the miracle of life. All the best the next few months and all the best for the family.
Congratulations Stephanie (and family)! I was waiting for an announcement. :-) Hope you feel better soon (I so know that feeling!) We are expecting baby #5 at the end of April.
Congratulations!!
Congratulations! What a blessing. I pray that you will experience a healthy pregnancy and enjoy this time to its fullest! As a fellow woman with PCOS, I can certainly identify with your surprise and extreme pleasure when the test came out positive! I had a similar experience….God is good.
Congratulations to you and your family! I pray all goes well.
Congratulations Stephanie!! I’m thrilled for your family!
Laura
Congratulations! :) Glad the nausea is almost behind you.
Congrats, that’s wonderful news!
In a fun twist, we are only a week apart…I’m 13 weeks! :)
Congratulations! It gives me hope that even with PCOS, you are able to have another child!
Weepy with joy for you! My best friend has PCOS and she’s due June 24th.
I wish you continued health and happiness!
Congratulations! I was pretty suspicious about that “legitimate reasons” comment. ;) Oh and the fact that you were starting a series on pregnancy. :)
I’m so happy for you! God is good and His surprises are always wonderful, aren’t they?!
By the way, I just nursed Kaitlynn a few days ago for the very last time (she’s also 19 months). So bittersweet for me–I had no milk supply left (because I’m 6 1/2 months pregnant) and it was becoming incredibly painful for me to try and nurse her so I finally decided the time had come. On the other hand, though, I’m very thankful to have been able to nurse her for a full 19 months. I know many mommies aren’t so blessed. But it’s still always sad when it comes to a close.
Anyway, I’m so excited for you! Pregnancy #3 has been the most challenging and yet the most blessed for me. I feel like the Lord has taught me so much and given me so much grace throughout it; it’s been wonderful to experience.
May He also pour out showers of blessing and grace upon you, too!
Congratulations! And God sure does know how to surprise doesn’t he? I found myself waiting and waiting, trying to tell when I’d ovulate next. Little did I know, I was already pregnant. :-)
So happy for your family, may you start feeling better soon and have an uneventful pregnancy!
Congratulations and how joyous! Enjoy!
That is so fabulous!! Yay! Congratulations!!
Oh! I’m SO happy for you all! What a wonderful blessing from the Lord. May you have a happy and healthy pregnancy!
Congratulations! Babies are such blessings. You have joined the list of women I know/”know” who are expecting this year! I’m up to 9 women, not including myself (I’m due in June).
Congradulations!!!! I’m so happy for you and your family, a new baby is always a blessing. That’ll be a good age apart for your youngest two. Our are only 16 months apart and while it’s difficult at times having two “babies” in the house it’s very much worth it.
Huzzah! Congrats! I’m so happy for you. I get nauseated without throwing up too, and I think sometimes it’s worse… you go around feeling like you might actually feel better if you felt worse, weirdly. May I suggest ginger tea? It’ll help the nausea without bugging the heartburn.
Thanks so much for sharing your joyous news!
P.S. I was not nearly as creative telling my husband about our current (surprise) pregnancy– I just called him at work at 7:30 in the morning and blurted out, “The test is positive!” He didn’t know I was even doing a test, so it took him a minute to figure out what I was talking about. :)
Congrats again!
Raven
YEA!!! That is wonderful news. I’m so glad you’re feeling better. I finally started coming out of “the fog” around 13 weeks with this pregnancy. I feel great now. I’m looking so forward to your posts on having a healthy pregnancy! Congratulations!
What a blessing! Nursing for 19 months is wonderful as well. Congratulations on that as well. Get lots of rest, eat lots of protein, you know the drill ;). What a miracle they are, huh?
I am SO happy for you! When I saw the post the other day on healthy pregnancy I wondered if I had missed an announcement. Congratulations!
Oops, I should define “little guy” as Caden before anyone thinks I’M in the Expecting Club too. ;-)
CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I can’t believe your little guy is only a few weeks older than mine. I’m going to nest vicariously through you. ;-)
Congratulations! I’m due on August 1, and I’ve just started telling people. My blog was defunct for much of the month of December for the exact same reason!
Yeah, I figured you were pregnant when you mentioned “being under the weather” and buying a few convenience items to help you along. I also saw the comment on Biblical Womanhood and that pretty much confirmed my suspicions. I was wondering when you were going to tell us.:-)
Congratulations!
Congratulations! —There’s nothing better than babies!
BIG congratulations! I was wondering if an announcement like this would be coming up soon, and SO glad it has. I’m also pregnant (22 weeks) and look forward to reading all about your pregnancy!
Yay, that’s so great! Glad you are doing well!
Congratulations! :)
Yeah, I totally guessed the other day when you calmly mentioned that you hadn’t been feeling well lately. (I know how that goes!) :)
Blessings to you,
Michele
Since it is 1 AM and officially Tuesday, let me be one of the first to say Congratulations!!
YAY for Babies!!!!!!! Congrats! That’s awesome.
