Did ya miss it?
Since we're all in a flurry of activity this month, I just wanted to highlight a few posts that I wanted to make sure you didn't miss!
Nutritional Foundations- Finding high quality sources for a whole foods diet
This is the last post in the series, and it is absolutely crammed full of resources to help you in your quest to find natural and whole foods, and especially local foods whenever possible!
Simply Celebrating Christmas
Thanks so much to everyone who participated in this carnival! It was fantastic and there were so many thoughtful entries and amazing ideas! I usually love to go through and comment on each post, but there were just so many I couldn't do it, though I've loved reading through them!
Stainless Steel Water Bottle Giveaways
Happening every Monday, from now until Christmas! Be sure to enter yourself for this week's bottle!
Just a few from around the blogosphere:
Betsy McCall Paper Dolls Site
Crystal posted about this on Frugal Friday last week, and I was so thrilled to find it! Cutting out a few of these dolls and some outfits will be a perfect stocking stuffer for my 4 year old daughter, and something she'll love to do throughout the year to add to her collection! Did I mention they're free?
Sprouted Grains
Kimi of The Nourishing Gourmet has made a fantastic tutorial to show you how to sprout your own grains, dry them and grind them up into nourishing, sprouted flour! The beautiful thing about sprouted flour is that it eliminates the need for soaking, which is perfect for making things like Christmas cookies! On that note, make sure that you don't miss her upcoming carnival, Nourishing Sweets and Treats on December 16!
Christmas Trees and Ice Cubes
Sound random? Oh no... this is the best tip I've run across lately! If you happen to be Christmas-tree-watering challenged as I am (you know, watering more of the carpet than the tree), then you really need to read this tip- it's ingenius!
And coming up... (posts I'm going to do my very best to get out to you before Christmas!)
Another great giveaway- this time for a beautiful, designer baby sling!
Boost your family's immunity this winter
Another installation of my Living with PCOS series
Ideas for healthier snacking this Christmas
My Top 3 (what I would suggest to those just starting on their journey towards healthier eating and living- a few top priorities)
And if I seem a bit less present on my blog this week, it's because I've been fighting a cold the last two days. Yesterday, I actually gave up my blog time (during my kids naps), because I took a nap!!! (If you knew me in real life, you would realize what a shocker this is!) I feel like it's not getting any worse and maybe even getting better, which is a blessing, but I might just lay low another day or two... see you soon!

Sounds like some great posts coming up...I'm looking forward to them!
Have a great day
Tara
