For more "protein" meals at breakfast time, you could make French toast. It's a favorite of my husband's and our Ukrainian host daughter (who we're starting the process to adopt!). We don't do anything fancy to make it, just whip up eggs with a fork, pour into a flat bowl, dip in the bread, and fry in butter in the pan. Serve with real maple syrup and some blueberries, strawberries, bananas...whatever strikes your fancy. Enjoy!

I love your site! DH and I love them but all of the recipes I've seen are very complicated and we also have no idea how to fold them.
Thanks!

Would you share a step by step pictoral of samosa making? I especially like the Indonesian rice recipe (I live in Indonesia). The Indonesian name for that rice is nasi goreng. We have it quite often. Another yummy, cheap, vegetarian, healthy recipe is called gado-gado. It is the same type peanut sauce over lightly steamed veggies (broccoli, potatoes, cauliflower, carrots) and usually with some tempeh or tofu as well. Anyway, maybe I'll share that recipe on my blog sometime. :) It is my very favorite!
Enjoy your two week menu planning!
Blessings,

Once in awhile I make Reuben roll ups and your menu has now flung a craving on me for them!

I like the idea of two week planning and the Grilled Reuben sandwiches sound great.
