I read the book "Calm my Anxious Heart" by Linda Dillow and there was a quote in there about worry that I loved. It said "worry is like a rocking chair. You can do it all day, but you'll never get anywhere." :) It's so true, yet in the heat of the moment, it seems so much easier to worry than to trust in the Lord. But He IS worthy to be trusted!!
