Because of my DH's job, he doesn't get the labour day weekend off really. (He gets lots of other holiday times though...don't feel bad). He had to work Sat and Monday most of the day. We did try to get out a bit on Saturday and find a new hiking trail near our house, but it didn't work out very well. We ended up taking our toddler to the park after and that was nice though. It was a beautiful weekend here, summer for the first time! Sounds great!
