It didn't say to do anything special on Sue Gregg's website. I cooked it for the amount of time recommended. Any helpful thoughts please let me know. I'll be posting about it next Monday at my blog. One of our favorite recipes is her Parmesan Chicken, in the Main Dishes cookbook. I don't have the whole grain one that you're offering, though, so I'll leave a comment and enter and maybe add to my collection! ;) Incidentally, I've been reading right along and appreciate your thoughts on supplements and cooking with other grains.
