Have seeds…will plant

Dsc04617I think I'm ready to start! I've got:

  • carrots
  • shelling peas
  • sweet bell peppers
  • sweet frying peppers
  • tomatoes- three different varieties, plus one of cherry tomatoes
  • onions
  • sweet corn
  • lettuce mix
  • romaine lettuce
  • passionflower (nothing to do with vegetables at all, but they looked really interesting and supposedly have edible fruits!)

I actually still have more seeds to buy, but this should get me started with the ones that need to be transplanted. They are all heirloom or organic seeds, and include a few interesting varieties (see this post for a bit of info on heirloom seeds)! I'm hoping to begin my seedlings by early next week at the latest.

How are everyone else's garden plans coming? What are you planting and do you have your seeds yet?

    Hi ,
I have lettuce already coming up.:) I posted a few things this week you would be interested in. :) I love visiting with you. It is so great to see someone young doing all the things you do. I wish I could get my dd interested in homemaking.Maybe once the baby gets here next month she will change and not be so working focused.
    Hugs,
    Elizabeth
