Nothing else. They do have a line of chocolate bars too, but the fruit ones are so good. I especially love the Banana Cookie ones. Mmmm.

Have you seen Larabars? They're just dates, fruit, and nuts. Nothing else. They do have a line of chocolate bars too, but the fruit ones are so good. Interesting that you noticed a connection between less sugar and getting less headaches. Good for you! That granola recipe sounds good- I might have to look for it. I also make a granola recipe using sprouted buckwheat (which is a bit of an aquired taste, but I learned to love it), and honey, tahini, dried fruit, coconut, etc. So good!

Thanks, Hadias. One that I make is homemade granola (recipe from Hillbilly Housewife) made with peanut butter and honey. Delicious. I often add raisins or nuts and one day when I get my cravings under control I may throw in a few M&M's...maybe.
I also have a super sweet tooth for sugar especially milk chocolate and ice-cream. Now that I eat less sugar I suffer from less headaches.
Keep up the good work.

You have some really great ideas already.
