Menu Plan Monday

in Menu Planning

Here's my meal plan for the week:

Monday: Hot turkey sandwiches with gravy, raw veggies and dip

Tuesday
: Bean and cheese quesadillas with homemade salsa and sour cream

Wednesday: Baked salmon with creamy dill sauce (substituted yogurt for sour cream), dijon scalloped potatoes, and cauliflower and carrots

Thursday: Moose ribs (my step-Dad likes to hunt- lucky us!), rice pilaf and steamed broccoli

Friday: Turkey rice vegetable soup, with homemade bread and salad

Saturday: Leftovers

Sunday: Turkey pasta casserole (white sauce, cheese, veggies) with salad

Notice a theme? I picked up a large, natural turkey at Trader Joe's
this weekend (while visiting Seattle) and it'll make for many great
meals! For more great meal plans, check out Menu Plan Monday.

The moose ribs have my interest piqued. I have had many things but not those. Maybe one day I will have a chance. :)

Have a blessed and happy Thanksgiving!
